Pankaj Sharma
He is a goal driven professional with 27 years of accomplished experience in the areas of General Management & Logistics Operations. He is also a skilled planner and strategist with proven success in enhancing revenues for organizations through delivery of value added services. In addition, he is an effective communicator and inspiring leader with excellent inter-personal relationship management and team building abilities.
He has considerable experience of working with leading companies abroad (Toshiba Corporation) and in India (Emaar MGF land Ltd, JCT Electronics Ltd, Prakash Industries Ltd etc).
He graduated with B.A (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Delhi. Thereafter, he pursued Diploma in International Trade, and Diploma in Materials Management.
Atul Kr. Sharma
He was part of the legal team of Maruti Udyog Limited (Gurgoan, India) for 17 years. Currently, he is a practicing lawyer at Delhi since 2001.
He has in-depth knowledge of laws & regulations related to tradable goods & services, and is of immense help in interpreting the old & new laws relating to tradable commodities & services.
Amar Varma
Amar Varma is a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition, he is a certified Business Valuer, Master in Business Finance (MBF) and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has more than twenty five years of professional experience of which twenty years were in the corporate sector wherein he held various senior executive positions.
